Visiting the Reichstag Building

Hi,
       I entered 3 options given for dates/times and they sent me an email straight away asking me to confirm the list of visitors.



I did this straight away and they emailed me back straight away with an attached PDF file containing an overview of the information I provided and the following wording:



Thank you for your request, which has been sent to the Visitors’ Service of the German Bundestag. The staff there will check whether places are still available and contact you with further information. Please note: this document is only confirmation that your request has been received; it does not serve as proof that you may enter the Reichstag Building or visit its dome.



But I've not heard anything since. Does anybody know if it is common for it to take this long for them to respond?
